FMG Suite, a Gardena, California-based provider of marketing and growth technology for financial advisors, has expanded its executive ranks with four senior appointments. The moves come as the company shifts its focus from serving individual advisors to becoming a compliance-ready growth infrastructure for large financial institutions.

The new hires include Christian Short as senior vice president of AI strategy and operations, Nathan Worthington as senior vice president of customer success, and Kevin Jurick and Jeremy Kowalski as strategic enterprise account executives. The appointments follow a recent expansion of FMG Suite's board of directors, though the company did not disclose details of that expansion.

AI Strategy Takes Center Stage

Short's role is the most strategically significant. He joins from EY-Parthenon, where he served as senior director and helped develop Enterprise Reimagined, a flagship AI transformation product for financial services clients. He also led commercialization of EY Growth Platforms, a neurosymbolic AI offering. Prior to that, he spent over seven years at Bain & Company focused on financial services and private equity, founded a venture-backed telehealth company, and served as interim CEO of a consumer health brand during a nationwide retail launch.

CEO Dave Christensen emphasized that Short's hire is about delivering tangible AI capabilities, not just marketing buzz. "Christian's hire will enable us to provide a clear AI strategy across our entire product line, helping our clients not only say they are AI-enabled but actually take advantage of the efficiency and productivity gains these tools provide in a marketing and growth strategy," he said.

Building Enterprise Customer Infrastructure

Worthington, who will lead customer success across both small-and-midsize business and enterprise segments, brings over 16 years of experience from Institutional Shareholder Services (ISS STOXX), where he was a managing director overseeing a global client success organization. His mandate includes accelerating time to value, expanding platform adoption, and protecting renewal rates—metrics critical for enterprise relationships with broker-dealers and wirehouses.

Jurick and Kowalski add institutional sales depth. Jurick, also a former managing director at ISS STOXX, led U.S. strategic accounts spanning asset managers, insurance companies, and public pension funds. Earlier in his career, he spent a decade as a vice president and designated market maker at Goldman Sachs on the New York Stock Exchange. Kowalski arrives from Salesforce, where he managed partnerships with State Street and Fannie Mae as a strategic account director for nearly six years, and previously held enterprise sales roles at IBM focused on AI solutions.

Chief Revenue Officer Matt Newman noted, "Enterprise growth in this market is not just about winning deals, but earning trust and then delivering results that expand over time. Kevin and Jeremy know how to navigate complex institutional sales, and Nathan brings the discipline to build a customer success organization that keeps those relationships growing long after the contract is signed."

FMG Suite's pivot reflects a broader trend in the wealth management technology space, where platforms are increasingly integrating AI to enhance compliance and efficiency. For advisors, the ability to leverage AI in marketing while maintaining regulatory compliance is becoming a competitive differentiator. As AI platforms for family offices gain traction, FMG Suite's moves signal a similar evolution for advisor marketing.

The company serves financial advisors, insurance professionals, and enterprises, with a product focus on compliant marketing content, digital engagement, and growth strategy. With these hires, FMG Suite aims to strengthen its position as a partner for institutions seeking to scale their advisory businesses.
