Wealth management technology providers are doubling down on automation to help advisors reclaim time and improve client service. This week, four firms—Amplify, WealthReach, SEI, and Zeplyn—unveiled integrations that span portfolio management, content marketing, meeting preparation, and account opening.
Amplify and Ned Davis Research: Turnkey Portfolios
Amplify, an enterprise growth platform for wealth firms, has partnered with Ned Davis Research (NDR) to offer NDR's institutional investment models as turnkey managed portfolios. Advisors can implement these models across client accounts on any custodial platform, while Amplify handles trading, rebalancing, and performance reporting. Aaron Brodt, Amplify's co-founder and CEO, said the goal is to reduce the operational burden of portfolio management, allowing advisors to focus on client relationships. Brian Sanborn, global head of investment solutions at NDR, noted that the arrangement lets advisors access NDR's research without building models internally, maintaining flexibility and client relationships.
WealthReach and SageContent: Video to SEO
WealthReach has integrated with video platform SageContent to convert advisor videos into search-optimized content. The integration turns finished videos into blog posts and transcripts published on the advisor's website, making them accessible to search engines and AI platforms like ChatGPT and Perplexity—a practice known as answer engine optimization (AEO). The partnership also works in reverse, enabling SageContent users to generate video scripts from topics WealthReach identifies as actively searched by a firm's target market. Michael Barrasso, WealthReach's co-founder and CEO, said video helps advisors show personality and expertise. David DeCelle, co-founder and chief partnership officer, emphasized that Google and AI models cannot surface content they cannot read, so turning siloed video into structured text is key to getting cited.
SEI Adds Zocks for Meeting Automation
SEI has added AI assistant Zocks to its advisor services ecosystem, automating meeting preparation and client follow-up. The integration expands SEI's roster of third-party partners offering discounted pricing and operational support. Zocks automates meeting notes, CRM updates, planning updates, onboarding, forms, and client intelligence workflows. Erich Holland, head of SEI's U.S. wealth and advisor business, said advisors are moving beyond AI curiosity to practical automation. Shauna Mace, head of practice management at SEI, said the goal is to move from time savings to deeper productivity and proactive client engagement. Jim Hardeman, executive vice president of product at Zocks, said the platform helps advisors turn conversations into actionable intelligence without adding complexity. SEI and Zocks plan to collaborate on advisor education and webinars.
Zeplyn and Schwab: Streamlined Account Opening
Zeplyn has built an agentic account-opening workflow through a new integration with Schwab Advisor Center. The integration extends Zeplyn's Agent Nexus tool into account opening and meeting preparation. With a single request, Zeplyn's AI agents pull client information from meetings, emails, CRM records, and documents to complete Schwab's digital account-opening fields, returning a draft for advisor review. Early pilots showed not-in-good-order submissions declined by roughly 80%, and live Schwab holdings and transactions are now included in AI-generated meeting briefs, which saved advisors more than 12 hours a week. Era Jain, Zeplyn's co-founder and CEO, said the integration brings the power of Agent Nexus into one of the most important platforms in wealth management.
These integrations reflect a broader trend of AI-driven consolidation in wealthtech, as firms seek to streamline operations and enhance advisor productivity. The focus on automation is also evident in recent moves by Orion and RFG Advisory to address account-opening delays. As advisors face increasing demands, these tools aim to reduce busywork and improve client outcomes.
