Wealth Enhancement Group, the Minneapolis-based serial acquirer, has completed its latest transaction, purchasing Servo Wealth Management, an Oklahoma City registered investment advisor with more than $210 million in client assets. The deal, announced Thursday, extends the firm's footprint into Oklahoma and the broader South-Central United States.

Servo, founded in 2012 by chartered financial analyst Eric Nelson, specializes in investment management, financial planning, and wealth counseling for physicians, attorneys, executives, small business owners, and retirees. The firm has built a reputation for a disciplined investment approach aimed at helping clients achieve financial independence while preserving wealth for future generations.

With the addition of Servo, Wealth Enhancement's total client assets now exceed $161 billion, according to the company. The acquisition is part of a busy summer for the consolidator, which has announced several deals in recent weeks.

Nelson's move also marks a professional homecoming. Before founding Servo, he worked at Equius Partners in Northern California, where he developed his investment philosophy. Equius joined Wealth Enhancement in 2023, and Nelson's arrival reunites him with former colleagues. "For my clients, joining the Equius Team at Wealth Enhancement is about bringing on the support and wealth management capabilities necessary to serve them through all stages of life," Nelson said. "For me, personally, it's also about reuniting with a team that was instrumental in helping me develop and grow as a financial advisor."

Wealth Enhancement CEO Jeff Dekko echoed that sentiment, praising the trust Nelson has built with clients over more than a decade. Jim Cahn, the firm's chief strategy officer, noted that the acquisition would strengthen the company's presence in Oklahoma and the South-Central region.

The Servo deal is the latest in a series of acquisitions this summer. Earlier this week, Wealth Enhancement bought Weinand Financial, an Olympia, Washington firm managing over $644 million, known for guiding state employees through pension and retirement benefits. Late last month, the firm made its Alabama debut with the purchase of Cloud Investments, a Huntsville firm with roughly $462 million in assets, largely tied to the aerospace and defense sector. Days earlier, it added a Chicago-area practice overseeing about $592 million under dividend-growth investors Bob Kalman and Max Wasserman.

According to Echelon Partners' second-quarter 2026 RIA M&A Deal Report, serial acquirers captured a record share of quarterly deal volume industrywide. Wealth Enhancement, which was absent from the first quarter's top ranks, returned to form in Q2 with seven announced deals, placing it among the most active buyers for the period.

The acquisition of Servo underscores Wealth Enhancement's strategy of adding smaller, specialized firms that can benefit from its scale and resources while maintaining local client relationships. The firm has been one of the most prolific consolidators in the RIA space, with a string of deals across the country.
